I find that many field service representatives do not back up their computers. I know because they will often contact me and ask for resumes and other files that they have lost when their computer crashed. I am their backup in many cases. I even backup my backups. I love the Blu-Ray data discs that will hold 25 GB and cost about 70-cents.
In 1990, the cost to backup 1 TB of data was one million dollars. Today, you can backup 1 TB of data for about $89.
Still not convinced to purchase an external hard drive? You can get a FREE 2 GB online account at Dropbox and backup some files to an online server.
Always have your stuff when you need it with Dropbox.
A 2 GB account is FREE!
It's so easy to back your data up...a 2 tb external drive cost me under $140, after losing data when systems crashed before, I've been backing up weekly since I purchased the new laptop.
Windows 7 already has a great back up program installed in it, plus there's many more that you could download for FREE on the net..
BACK UP YOUR DATA...Save that sick sinking feeling for everything else in life.
