My reaction to these inspections from everyones favorite co. is the same except I want to correct you on one thing. If you are one of their high volume inspectors that was forced into the $3 rate that is what you make on these per visit. The only time you make $4 is when you have to do that 3rd visit and leave a copy of the color printed letter which they so generously help you pay for with the extra buck. Thanks for all your education efforts in this business.
These can definitely hurt a bit if you have enough of them. Thankfully I only see a couple here and there and they are easily doable.
As to whether or not the letter needs to be in "color" is debatable...
